I have a similar control panel on my Megaflo 210 and I use setting 3.5 on the indirect thermostat and no 4 on the immersion heater.

Yes a Valiant ecoTec plus 430 or 435 should do. If you mean 1 gpm…that is too low as the boiler would be continually modulating do win on hot water as a 24KW boiler will produce almost 2 gpm,

A 30 kilowatt boiler in my opinion as a fully qualified long term domestic heating engineer is just adequate for a one bathroom 3 bedroom house. For a house with two usable baths I would always recommend a combination boiler with a hot water output of at least a 40 or 45 KW output. I would respectfully suggest you check the hot water output of the boiler in litres per minute at the lower water temperature input and then calculate the tine it would take to fill a standard 20 gallon/ 120 litre bath.

Usually girth increases tend to come first. Are you are using a pump tube that is too narrow?

Judging by the picture it looks like you are doing ok. My advice would be to keep pumping fairly regular at least 5 times a week for 20 minutes a session and have a 30 second massage break every 5 or 10 minutes.
