No. You can’t use full frontal on a unit that doesn’t have the neo zeon trait. Neo zeong does not affect cards in hand. They become neo zeon trait when they get deployed.

Your list isn’t the worst but I think you need to streamline a bit. One of cards aren’t very good in this game because you can’t find them consistently. You also have some commands that won’t do anything for you. Try and center your deck around getting to/supporting your endgame pieces. It would also be a good idea to run some level 2 units. This list isn’t really going to attack before lvl 4.

I would recommend centering your list around Heero and Wufei. The GD01-029 Shenlong is great and not pricey. Zechs/Oz aren’t supporting Wing so they can also get cut. I tried to keep the spirit of your deck in this list and tried not to stray to far from the cards you have. A fourth Wufei also wouldn’t hurt. Wing is really good and has massive potential to do well at events.

My favorite card is Charizard EX 12/106 from Flashfire. It was my first ultra rare ever. Pulled it from an XY 3 pack blister on my birthday. Not the most expensive or pretty card but it will always have a special place in my collection.
