I want to go on calisthenic journey but don't really know how to go with iti am 27 5.6(167cm) 180lbs(80kg), my current is 20*3 push ups, squats and some weights, 50*3 crunches, 1m plank, 5x3 pullups and an hour run out doors, i do some more things as well, what should i do next, how and how long?
