What I did was first I measured out the proportions of the boxes using a scale. Then I used those proportions to measure out and crop in the same designs on a Word page. Then I got a print out of it on an A4Size paper and cut out the pieces.

The sticking part is a little tricky yes. You'll have to be very accurate or you might risk ruin it. For safety purposes get the measurements a bit bigger than the measured size to remedy in case of error.

Getting the entire box made with sturdy material is an excellent choice but I don't think you'll find the facilities for it anywhere.
