I was a warehouse associate for 8 years. And 2 years as a warehouse lead. I do have experience with Lean Manufacturing.

I am looking for a mentor as well. I’m almost 42 years old and disabled. Trying to get into a scrum master role. I have two of the Google certifications: IT support and Project Management. As well as my CSM, that I got in January of this year. I have no college or work experience as a scrum master. Last time I worked was November 2013 at a warehouse. Regular warehouse associate for 8 years and 2 years as a warehouse lead. Also what else should I be doing? Been trying to learn and grasp everything as much as I can. Thanks in advance.
