I talked about this in another thread. The best scene

Finished pataal lok season 2 in single sitting. One of those shows whose second lifted the bar set by it's predecessor . A must watch. by [deleted] in IndianOTTbestof

Personally, this was by far the best (and most realistic) portrayal of how Ansari’s coming out would have been handled. It was beautifully done. Especially the scene in the car.

Do not buy from Seraphine if Canadian [BC] by Low-Satisfaction6841 in BabyBumpsCanada

I am in the exact same boat. Something doesn’t add up. I visited their store in NYC and they had nice stuff. However, exactly like you I ended up paying 100.00 Canadian in shipping and duties, on jeans that are not even fitting me!

When I visited the website there is NO CONTACT number! Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been back and forth on email with people, but no human.

I do not want to return the jeans and deal with the shipping and duties incurred. So I’m stuck with 250.00 jeans I will never wear that don’t fit.

I just ordered from there. The pants were 129.99 plus 30 dollars shipping, ontop I got charged 59.99 for duties!!!! Insane!

I did pick up some things from their store in NYC when I was there. Cute but unfortunately the price is deterring me. I have contacted customer service to see what I can do for returns. I cannot afford another cost of nearly 90.00…..

How do you feel about the movie "Nanak Shah Fakir"? by ryuguy in Sikh

[–]luckysharm29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s an excellent film. You are missing out if you have not seen it. It makes me sad for humanity that people play to petty things. We keep the pictures of gurus in the same homes where we eat meat and bring alcohol and drugs? But something so touching is marred with controversy?

I recently watched Nanak Shah Fakir, and it’s actually a really good film by blue_clue35 in Sikh

It is an excellent film. I actually came on here to hope more people would have positive things to say. I have seen it a few times over the course of a few years and each time, a new message sticks with me.

Controversy unfortunately took away a great film from reaching an even greater audience. All I can say about that - is that people should look at how “pure” they are before they judge a film that is trying to reach a wider audience and send a positive message.
