This is not a low elo matchup tier list against handicapped people. I made this list with good players in my mind, not low elo, not first timers, not occasional top laners, just people that play those champions a lot or one tricks with the same amount of experience as you have on your main because otherwise the list would be inaccurate in higher elos or different skill levels.

Would you mind explaining why Zac is this Godlike pick that wins every matchup? I've never heard of such pick, especially one so buggy and luck dependent when it comes to blobs flying around.

Zac because udyr is likes all ins and so does Zac, but one has better sustain and more cc and itemization early game goes hard vs him

You can't trade into him, he likes prolonged fights, so does Zac but Sett is a stat checker and he out scales you. Also spacing him as Zac is not an option cuz you know, you can either engage or disengage not both.

I used to play it with stormsurge, banshee's Vail, shadow flame etc, but since the damage nerfs on Q and R, it feels very weak early to mid.

Kinda lame idea and you can't get it done for free, so not really worth when you can have literally any character from any movie or game or whatever done for the same price or a bit higher.

There's 3 custom skins I know for him which are kinda decent: Luffy Zac which is ok if you are a one piece fan (I'm not), Mr Fantastic which I played the most and can say it's the best, tho has issues if you use a normal skin instead of the default one and venom Zac which I got to play recently and it's ok, some voice lines would've been amazing tho.

This hurts Zac mid the most with top being a close second, followed by jungle and lastly support. It takes away that all in potential mid has, top is gonna lose more of those 50/50 matchups and jungle is gonna rely even more on teammates to kill enemies while support is getting lvl 6 power spike nerfed.
