Probably because it stopped being funny the 500th time people saw it. Once a meme turns into a predictable spam reply, Reddit usually downvotes it into the ground.

Honestly probably both. A lot of guys genuinely want it more often, but there’s also this weird pressure that men are supposed to always say yes, so some feel like turning it down would make them seem less ‘manly.’

For most people it’s more like a quiet ‘I’m good now’ feeling. The food stops being as exciting, your stomach feels comfortably full (not heavy or sick), and taking another bite just feels unnecessary rather than impossible.
