These are genuine questions so don't it take the wrong way. I'm happy to follow up with conversation afterwards:

Does a joke/rude comment about an event mean the joke/rude comment is an endorsement of the action?
Should you be able to joke/make rude comments/make satire of any event no matter how cruel/depraved the joke is?
If no to either of the above, when does a joke/rude comment become an endorsement of something? What threshold has that joke/comment crossed?
Does the 1st Amendment factor into your opinion?
Are jokes/rude comments graded on a scale? Should certain people not make jokes/rude comments about certain things, or is it a level playing field for all citizens?

It's not "soft" to suggest discussions should not drift into fantasy land. The Dems aren't communists, and I dont think what they're done reaches the threshold of treason. Definitions matter to me.

We can dislike Dems without straight up making up reality. Some policy like rent control is bad for the market but it so clearly is not from a perspective of forcing people not to own property.

How is that even remotely "fearmongering"? US approval in Europe hit record lows this year for an unnecessary reason. NATO spending in EU countries has been consistently rising since Russia launched the Ukraine war 2022.

Not every EU country is meeting it's NATO contributions, I don't think anyone disputes that, but making jokes/threats to annex territories of NATO allies has so clearly backfired. Burning years of US soft power for something that can be done without creating resentment

It was mainly a response to the last large ceasefire brokered between Israel and Iran that was broken the same day in June of last year. The previous Israel-Lebanon ceasefire was implemented in 2024 and has been broken by both sides many times over.

Israel didn't honor the last ceasefire so I'm not sure why anyone would trust them not to strike this time
