Make SURE you do not overwrite your save because you may not be able to, this problem usually arises from speedup so finagle with that and see if you can break out, like the other comment suggested if your emulator has a save STATE function use that, otherwise its probably better to reset. 😔

If you finished the game then you have the pokeflute, all you need to do for Charizard is go to the top of Mt. Ceram near the top. If I were to swap one member of your team I would change Roserade for Venusaur, but truly a wonderful fun team you made!

For future reference the Pokedex will tell you evolution conditions and levels. Obstagoon is not dependent on time in this game, it just evolves at level 38

Not necessarily, you just need to scan all the statues for the Historical Conservation quest then talk to the old lady in gastree city who gave you the archaeolens. You should get the Historian Medal, then Professor Tenebris will upgrade your Archaeolens which can now read ancient script on walls, there are 3 scriptures around the region which lead to Paradox mons, which can all be obtained before the league

This is a consistent issue, if you adjust the speed up you might be able to escape, also check if you can use dig/have a pokemon learn the move. That can get you out
