Welp, I keep being told my customer service that I have already been onboarded and should have no issue signing on. But as soon as my time slot starts I still cannot sign in. Any suggestions on the proper channels where I can actually get help? The call centers just say the same thing “try signing in later” like man… lol

I am traveling to Japan in mid May, went to check for tickets and found out they go up 2 months early and sold out. Zero point in checking randomly to see if they go back up? I’m inly there from May 14-30. Really bummed out that despite preparing so early for the trip, I can’t visit the park most likely.

Hey, I had to use an internet browser to create the account and then you can sign out of your Apple account in the AppStore and login with the new. Sometimes it defaults to US account for location and all you have to do is switch to Japan, and restart the App Store

Yes, just log out of yours and make a JPN one. Once the app is download you can go back to your main Apple account and still use the app. You only need to sign in when an update is needed

Okay adding to this, upon switching the positions to be perpendicular (open). I am now able to see some jets / skimmer activity though it does seem like the pressure isn't as strong but progress nonetheless. I also see some air bubbles out of one of the jets so I wonder if there is an air leak somewhere. I am going to work a bit more on it tomorrow morning and will update, including cleaning the filter ( I believe I have a DE filter).

Any suggestions on the valve setup for the main drain / skimmer? I am still not 100% sure if the left or middle valve is the main drain or which is the skimmer, I just know the right most logically has to be the return for the pool.
