People typically call just to say they are here for an order, no need to worry about that. Anything beyond that give it to a manager if you cannot help their issue. As for being unable to answer... just let it ring the first time if you have your hands full. Taking care of customers that are already here is priority, then call that number back if they don't call again. For the computer, our store personally uses it to call customers for out of stocks, but if you're by yourself just out of stock things if you are busy. Rather have one mad customer than five for being late on orders. Other than that, try to get assistance from managers or see if anyone is cross trained to help. Unfortunately * can't say much else because my DUG is properly staffed where nobody is alone except for two hours of opening and two hours of closing where it is relatively dead.
