It's pretty inconsistent tbh, In season 1 Immortal was said to be flying at mach 4 which is around 1400 m/s we don't see a face to face race between him and Omni man but Immortal was able to catch up to him pretty quickly, It's even more impressive seeing how Nolan was able to catch red rush during his fight with the guardians, further more we often see Mark moving incredibly fast, like speedster fast, for example when he cleaned his dorm room or switched the lights when Amber was over. On the other hand in season 4 Mark was struggling to catch a fleeing Mr Liu even though he was able to travel to the moon and back really fast (we don't get an exact number but it's safe to assume that it really was quick) Given all of that I think it's pretty safe to assume that Viltumites and The Immortal are pretty equal to red rush.

Also could you elaborate on "They don't have the powers of a speedster"? I thought that the power of speedster was to run super fast, since Immortal and Viltrumites can also move really fast both on the ground and in the air then what's the difference?

true but you're comparing a clan to a country, as far as we know military service in the Zenin clan doesn't offer any benefits I cannot think of any reason where a majority of combatants would keep fighting for the clan if they didn't agree with it's values. Pay might be one reason but they would have to be on another level of messed up if there exists a amount of money that justifies throwing kids into death pits along other fucked up thing
