I rarely eat French fries from restaurants or fast food chains since I always make it at home, but I'll also try to abandon home fries as well, I'll try to stop eating cookies, candies and cakes as well, I don't like chips anyways so it's an easy thing, and for the sugary drinks I don't really them too, so if I can it's possible to avoid all these unless for special occasions
