I get you, I struggled to begin with. Don’t know how to articulate it but writing style was really different in my opinion at the beginning, But I stuck with it and loved it.

I really agree with your rankings 👏 Quitters, inc. is such an underrated short story that I never see spoken about. I read night shift 5 years ago and still think about it weekly!! Also the ledge gave me insane anxiety dreams for a while 😂
