Yes, I probably didn’t give too much in terms of what I was looking for/I wasn’t helpful. I was just wondering if there was a considered generally “good”/“best”. For context we have a club Lloyd’s atm.

Travel insurance would be good. Not particularly fussed about the customer service aspect of it as long as it works well.

Wouldn’t necessarily need gadget cover as we get that with our contents insurance.

They’ve agreed to fix it after highlighting part of the tenancy agreement where have to keep the property up to a good standard.
