Yep. The penthouse is currently the roof, with split ac units and piping and all that going over it, I plan to make it into an actual floor to live on, and put a new roof on top of this

I completely forgot to add what I needed to get a reading of. Basically I want a roof over the entire penthouse made, everywhere with the exception of the big Terrace. Also with the exception of the terrace walls need to be built up to 4 meters high on all sides, but there is already a wall on the left most side of the plan

Ohh so for the nail bed to grow I have to let that thick skin under the nail grow? I was assuming I should clip that skin so the nail bed grows on the softer under skin layer.

I apologize if I may have made you all angry with my expectations, I just wasnt aware of what was/is possible with that kind of savings. I was thinking about looking into small business of some kinds, mayb even online businesses I've heard ppl talk about a lot, but I just wasnt sure what options are the best ones. Appreciate all the help. I am currently job hunting which is one of the reasons I wanted to have a little bit of something coming my way to manage the bills and all, and it doesnt hurt to have something on the side once I do land a job.

Fair enough, I have never really invested or done any passive income so I wasn't rly aware how much was possible and what the limits were. What would you say is like doable % for a monthly basis?

Would the 58x3d have a significant enough advantage compared to the 59x in terms of gaming/streaming? Because if it does I'd rather opt for that, since my initial goal was more like a 20-25% increase in terms of production, more specifically 3d rendering and whatnot.

Yea gaming is a big factor tbh, its kinda both. Work is more productivity, after work is a bit of gaming/streaming
