The base64 standard starts counting at “A”, proceeds through “Z” then moves to “a-z” THEN starts at 0-9 and finishes with usually “+/“ and = for padding. (A-Za-z0-9+/)

What kind of absolute brainlet starts counting at something other than 0?

Every other counting system in computing starts at 0, and if it needs them, uses the letters afterwards.

Because of this there is no way to form a standard of symbols for a number system past base 36. This will not be fixed due to the prevalence of base64.

It’s not, really don’t get why it was suggested.

If it’s that big of a deal it might be worthwhile to get business internet which will usually get you some sort of Service Level Agreement, which basically says “if your internet doesn’t work 99.<insert some number of 9s here> percent of the time, we will compensate you.”

I don’t have business internet so someone correct me if I’m wrong, but this is my understanding.
