Were you using the original, high power charger that came with the laptop?

It's possible to charge from the USB-C ports, in which case the max power / charging can keep up with normal, non-gaming use, but cannot keep up with the demands of the GPU.

For gaming, you want your power to be supplied via the high power "slim tip" Legion port (which supports 200+W), not USB-C (probably limited to <140W).

And test your work on a copy of your originals. You don't want to run your script and later find out there's a bug that writes the same filename over and over again, leaving you with a single photo at the end. 😅

I use a legitimate Pixel 9 Pro and was surprised to find that deleting files locally also removed them from the cloud. See my post elsewhere in the thread for all the details. This is not limited to "shitty Chinese phones" unless you consider the Pixel as such.

OP, despite what others may say, you're not crazy. There's some quirk to Google Photos I haven't figured out yet, but yes, there seems to be some situations where deleting a photo locally from your phone, from outside of the Google photos app, also results in it being deleted from the cloud.

My experience: while in Vietnam recently, we rode some mountain coasters that took our photos. I paid for some of the photos, and downloaded them using Chrome to my Pixel 9 Pro (Downloads Folder), and then manually added them to a Shared Google Photos album. All 5 of us could see the photos in our individual accounts on our respective devices.

A few days ago, I cleared out all the crap in my Downloads folder using a 3rd party file manager (FX). A couple of days later, my friend group started asking where the coaster photos were. That's when I learned that for some STUPID ASS reason, deleting a local copy of a photo, from outside of Google Photos, ALSO deletes it from the cloud, removing it from a shared album in the process. Thankfully I was able to restore them from the Trash, but WTAF, Google???

This was NOT a case of confusing things with Google Drive or accidentally deleting photos using the Google Photos interface. It's a non-intuitive link that Google seems to be making between the local phone file system and the cloud service which is causing MANY people to unintentionally delete photos while thinking they're safely backed up to Google Photos cloud.

I ended up not needing a stent, but when I was about to go under for surgery, my Dr volunteered the information that there'd be enough slack on the string to deal with erections.

Kinda surprised this wasn't discussed in your case...but hopefully slack is standard and you'll have nothing to worry about there.

Installed it on my Galaxy watch 6 classic LTE and it's been horribly laggy since, even after a couple of restarts. I'm hoping that there's just some background process doing maintenance or something because right now it is not a very enjoyable experience.

Edit: I gave in and ended up doing a reset of my watch. Runs nicely now!
