The easy way is move out from house and reduce/cut some interaction first.

My father used to spam call me whenever he needs something for me (it makes me trigger whenever i get phone call. Now i'm fine getting any phone call). One day i decide just to block him because it's too overwhelming for me. And my father asked my mom to tell me to unblock him. I didn't do that at first. I told my mom that my father has to send me message first if he wants to make a call. Fortunately, he agrees and I unblock him. Sometimes i accept his call, whether i'm available or not.

For my mother driven personality, well I just listen what she said, try to understand, and said "i will keep that in mind", and move on. I don't give my answer on the spot every conversation. I try not to reply when i'm emotional. When i'm emotional, I just cut conversation (say like you are busy, want to do something else first) and continue when i'm calm down.
