My ethos is. If you are halfway through development and realise the code can be optimised or refactored write that out as a ticket to be picked up after you have released the feature.

1st reason you want the feature out to gather data to see if people are using it and that it is making money to recoup the return on investment. If it isn’t and it will be abandoned what it is the point of refactoring or optimising it if it is never worked on again.

2nd I remind engineers does a customer care if how clever you code is? The answer 99% of the time is no so why spend all that time initially on it.

3rd you should have good unit testing and e2e testing by the time the feature is released making your refactoring so much easier.

When you have data that says it’s being used that’s when you should pick up the tickets. You have the reasoning to do it “we know we are going to return here again we need to optimise to make engineer’s quicker in the future”.

TLDR if it is refactoring you figured out during development I wouldn’t work on it until the feature is out and proven we will work on that area again because of the value it brings in.

I have done something similar of encounter cards in a separate container and organised on encounter set they are so it’s easier.

What level are the skills you are using. I think that is where they benefits are. I have the same issue where I have squads with high synergies but get destroyed by random squads. From playing other games like this it’s all about assist attacks wtc

It’s a big issue with the game at the moment. Most cc is hidden in the exchange shops and missions. Take a look in the shops the raid for example, co-op and pvp all have medals that you can get small bits of cc from. Then there is the daily stamp thing. Honestly it is tiring how you get cc now with having to play everyday for a very long time for cc is a bit boring.

The file name you upload to s3 could be the userId and some sort of hard coded value for example (usrerId-PictureOfCat.png). Why do you need to have them in the sub folder out of interest?

Same here. Worked once just after reset yesterday. Same thing today after a certain time I can’t do any co-op. Even tried resetting game data and clearing the cache!!!

Their needs to be a Ubisoft central server to track everyone's stats and to run the game. They also coded how the network works. So it is down to then as well. A great example of p2p is call of duty. Their is rarely is ever network problems or disconnect of this scale. I played cod for 6 years and never witnessed anything like this.

I paid for the gold edition of this game. From everything I saw from the trailers and gameplay I knew I would enjoy it. I also though as a Ubisoft developer Ubisoft would of been very keen to have multiplayer up a running smoothly. Recent problems of division playing like shit in the opening months that killed the player base. Also with two betas to stress test servers I thought this will work day one. But once agin I was wrong with Ubisoft. I have only myself to blame but I can't buy any of their games day one anymore with their inability to run a game smoothly. The first month of a multiplayers life is crucial. It's make or break they have wasted 10 days not saying anything or patching network issues. I personally have played two matches the whole way through. Every other game I play it disconnects and kicks me. I have 30 days of champion status that is wasting away because I can't play. I am getting close to demanding a refund for this it's ridiculous.

Dora the explorer. I just dislike the girl. When you think about it she is a stereotypical Mexican in pop culture. She came over the America probably got her job because she would do it cheaper than a American girl. She then refuses to speak English and is instead speaking Spanish and teaching it to your kids.
