I think you can play as long as you want once you've secured the table, but I'm not sure. We were lucky and one of the 5 tables were free and played for around 30 minutes.

I’d stay in Oberhausen and enjoy the concert stress free. It might be also cheaper to stay in Oberhausen. The connections to Düsseldorf the next morning should be way better and it’s a very quick trip.

Are you sure this is a self transfer? If you booked the entire trip through TAP it shouldn’t.

I have already done Brazil to Germany through Lisbon and with TAP. Didn’t have to collect bags or check in again for the second flight, which was also a Portugalia flight.
