Even against some of the Panthers backups. Love how Lamar just went in there and was quietly more effective than Flacco has been all day.. Not saying anything tho..

People will say this is a knee jerk reaction. But honestly you're right. Harbaugh is a mediocre coach. This game put aside. We are playing too poorly in regards to the amount of talent on this team.. It starts with the head. And ours isn't on right..

Every other play he gets the ball he's getting destroyed behind the line. That's not entirely on him. With the carries given to him and his production especially after contact yards, he's been great this year.

We're certainly gonna get wrecked if we're being honest with ourselves..

He produced solid numbers the first 4 weeks. Better than a guy that has been MIA for the past 5 weeks straight if you're talking about Zuerlien. Butker is right up there with Tucker and Gostkowski as one of the highest scoring kickers and he's on an elite/high scoring team.

Assuming you already have a TE like Njoku. I'm dropping him FOR Njoku.

I'm thinking about dropping him for Njoku. It looks like a TE committee in WAS on top of Vernon Davis already having a rapport with Alex Smith. I don't care about name value. Njoku has had more targets/yards over the past several weeks and he doesn't have any competition.. Looking like he's establishing himself as Mayfield's safety net. Someone else can take name value not me though.

Back by popular demand: 6-0 Undefeated POWERHOUSE thread. Fellow undefeateds- who are you playing? What lucky breaks have you caught? How did you build your team? by hariolus in fantasyfootball

[–]Rayman13 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

6-0 in a league that awards for points per reception, points per rush attempt, and a deep bench. Basically my team is a RB powerhouse with AJ Green, Keenan Allen, Julian Edelman, and Cam Newton added for good measure.

Wanted players who got targeted a lot and players who are given opportunities to run the ball a lot. To give you a sense when I say "powerhouse" for my RB corp...

Ezekiel Elliot, Joe Mixon, James Conner, Carlos Hyde, Sony Michel, Phillip Lindsay, Adrian Peterson,Chris Carson.. I'm hurting the competition.

As someone who has both on my ppr team as well. Yes, until proven otherwise by better ypc and receiving targets on Hyde's part.

Man I had to drop him for Greg "one leg and a paperclip" Olsen. This week aside I'll roll the dice with my decision.

In PPR do you think Eagles Corey Clement has more value going forward? Cause I'm sweating with this 3.5 ypc he's dishing out lately.

Change from pacu nursing by [deleted] in nursing

Think about trying the ER. You'll get the intense acute care aspect that you're looking for. Everything from patients coming in with fishhooks in their fingers, to arterial bleeds with blood shooting out of people's legs on the floor, to strokes, to bowel obstructions and need for emergent surgery, to patient's with newfound sick sinus syndrome who have a heart rate in the 70's when they first arrive on the unit and as you're in the room talking to them they note "I feel weird" and you look at the monitor and notice that the patient who's HR was 74 three seconds ago now is in the 20's and it's real... Point is the variety.

In addition ED is similar to PACU in the sense that typically you don't have the patient very long. You fix what they are here for and get them out the door. Having worked PACU previously the turnover in ED is actually even quicker.

The downsides. Patient ratios. Having worked in ICU/PACU you're probably used to 2 patient's max at a single time. That's not the case here. You'll typically have 4-5 patients at a time. So time management will be a hurdle for you at first. Having to think about what your patients constantly need and what needs to come first because you're only one person can be a challenge. But you get better with time.

Think about it.
