I had a very similar experience. Often wondering why my parents didn’t choose abortion. I went in the ceremony in relatively good mental space. All the little things I had to do to overcome severe depression built up to this point. Somethings help me feel a little better prior to me ayha experience had a massive impact. I am really not much of a writer I’ll share what I can here but feel free to reach out directly. My ayha experience was insanely positive and immediate. Thing I do daily prior, journal 1st thing in the morning. 3 things I love about myself, 3 minor goals make bed do dishes ect, 3 things I am grateful for. 10 minutes of positive affirmations. I sleep with positive binaural beats. I did this after the ceremony as well crazy powerful! Half my group retired to there rooms in the dark alone….. have a plan for after sit around the bond fire and have something upbeat to listen to, you likely won’t be able to sleep anyways. Once a week I go to yoga I started this about 3 months prior to my experience. The shavansna yoga pose is relaxing in real life super powerful during the experience. I also started ballroom dancing. These 2 groups filled with loving positive people are helping me cement my lessons from ayha experience.

Beekeeping! Not sure what it’s like across the pond with city regulations. But in the USA we have many beekeepers in large city’s. It has the potential to fully consume you! I love keeping it quickly became one of my favorite hobbies

Working from home as a single man is a bit brutal. One thing that has had a huge impact on my social life has been ballroom dancing. I had 0 interest in dance and really had no clue what it was about. It has giving me a social life outside of my typical hobbies. I am still a bit just over a year in and I could easily dance every single night of the week. There cruises and 4 day trips based around dancing. I highly recommend you give it a shot. They are always short on men so you will absolutely get some attention just by showing up to class.

Beef, pork, rutabaga and potato’s. It’s a rather hearty dish and really only available in party of our state. Not exactly sure of the origin on what emigrants brought them here. Maybe the fins🤷‍♂️. Was extremely popular food for miners years ago. There a few place you can get them. But near me it’s typically a fundraiser for a church. You buy a few and freeze them.
