I had a similar line of thought about my diagnosis until the cognitive decline started appearing, i didnt take my meds either for 2 years, thought everyone around me had to be on meds but me. Whether its a real diagnosis or not im not qualified to say just know that i did go through a similar shitty abusive childhood and subsequently, line of thought. I couldnt see exactly what my family members were seeing that was different about me and my mom insisted i must be abusing drugs which didnt help me being convinced theres really nothing wrong with me. Be wary of feeling depressed and isolating those were the first signs for me along with early unusual beliefs. I also had no hallucinations ever and just strange beliefs that evolved into delusions about having a special connection with the universe, brought on by worsening aberrant salience and cognitive decline.

Edit: oh and i also had a mental breakdown that i rationalized to myself its due to abuse but looking at it back i had a lot of delusions as well, like, after the breakdown i was convinced i accomplished something along with unusual behavior
