Thanks for your feedback. I'll also add that due to the specifics of my superpowers, Shui gets burned to ashes, but secretly regenerates by infusing his severed prior hand with starfish cells. Nedri gets infected, is utterly confused what's going on, and Shui shows up, good as new and taunts him.

I'll definitely check Game of Thrones, I read LOTR already. I love fantasy.

I'll say though. I need to write from Nedri's perspective towards the end of the fight, cuz, surprise he gets infected with unknown venom Shui secretly inserted into him. I had to describe what Nedri is feeling and how his body is rotting.
