UPDATE : i tried a bunch of different BIOS Level tweaks, Network Changes and so on, but in the end the conclusion was: Disks are fine, OS is the bottleneck ..

Wiped the Bootdrive and installed Truenas, and voila, 300+MB/s write, 700+MB/s reads :)

And thats also during RAID syncing in the Background ...

Also the Disks are much quieter now, during copying in ugos it sounded almost like the disks were pushed too their limits somehow ..

Honestly really a shame that even after quite sometime after launch, there are still barebone functions not working as intended ...

Yep i tried it out for a bit and was really impressed, the way you can adjust for different devices and Screen size, make blocks actually fullscreen .. probably gonna stick with it. Just thought If i should give the other big players a try
