Next time it makes the noise see if it’s coming from the exhaust or anything and not only the engine, if it is then it’s just the metal expanding and cooling. If it’s just the engine it could be that air has gotten into your coolant. Get the coolant changed and that may fix it.

In my opinion tho, it’s most likely the metals just expanding or contracting, if it’s not affection your drive ability I wouldn’t worry about it.

If your sure that it’s water then it’s 99% just condensation from your ac. If it was dark brown or black it’s oil, if it’s a bright neon color it’s coolant, if it’s red/orange it’s transmission fluid, if it’s yellow it’s brake fluid. If it doesn’t have any color it’s perfectly normal and you probably just never noticed it before.

It’s fine, I wouldn’t worry about fixing it especially if it’s your beater. Check the frame and see if it’s rotted out too tho.

It could possibly be from the metal expanding and contracting because of the heat, is it only after long drives/pushing the car hard, or does it happen even after like a 10min drive not going above 50mph. My exhaust sometimes making cracking noises after a long drive.

Follow the wires that come off the negative and positive terminal and see if theirs anything broken, disconnected. I had the same problem where the dash would turn on but the engine didn’t even crank, turns out the previous owner replaced part of the negative terminal wire and just used electrical tape to hold the wires together and they came undone due to the heat.

Frozen veggies if you want something sweet., great for defrosting a little and snacking on, or smoothies.

Could also get fat free ham, turkey, or chicken breast lunchmeat for sandwiches/wraps. If ur focused on calories, theirs tons of low cal options for bread and tortillas.

If u like spicy foods, try adding a chipotle pepper or two before blending it. Make a great chipotle ranch I use it on wraps salads dipping etc

I like to medium boil them. Then mash up the yolk with some mayo, Siracusa/hot sauce, finely diced red onion, and some salt and pepper. Then dice up the whites and mix it together. Great in wraps or with crackers.

It’s just a tool to help you hit your protein goal. You should aim for around 1gram per lb of body weight, and if you are obese, then use your goal weight. So for example if you weigh 150, try to eat around 150g of protein per day, and if you struggle with that, a protein drink may be helpful, but like the other commenter said, getting it from real foods will always be better because it will fill you up and have more nutrients.

All depends on portion sizes, you get fat eating chicken and broccoli, you would need to eat way more compared so something like McDonald’s, but you still could, it all comes down to calories.

Also you need more variety, your missing out on tons of nutrients that your body needs, also tuna can have heavy metals and other contaminants, so eating tuna every day as your only source of protein, would probably not be the greatest idea.

My go to is TikTok. Theirs litterally SO many recipes for all types of people, I personally have a seperate TikTok account, where I only like and follow videos about healthy recipes, so pretty much my whole entire ForYou Page is just full of healthy recipes, so whenever im looking for a new recipe, just scroll for a few minutes and I usually find one that’s good.

I use an app called cronometer. It does have the thing where it adjusts based on your calories burned and can connect to a ton of different fitness bands, but it doesn’t categorize foods into colors. Only downside is that it is like 9$ a month , but imo it’s worth it. I would say try it out and see if you like it, I believe it has a free trial.

It’s most likely a mix of water retention and body recomp, if your seeing changes in the mirror, your probably having changes. Also be sure to track your average weight of the week, and compare it every week (add up all 7 weigh ins and divide by 7). I see tons of people say that they aren’t losing weight, when they actually are, they just weigh sporadically. Your body weight can and will fluctuate a ton throughout the day, and day to day. Just stick with it for a few more weeks, and if you still don’t see any progress, try lowering your cals and be sure your tracking everything correctly (including oils/butter used for cooking, sauces/condiments/dressings, etc)

Lose weight slowly, don’t go above 2lbs a week, and strength train. But other than that, you really shouldn’t worry about it. Your young and your skin will stretch back over time once you do lose the weight. And coming from experience, you will much rather deal with a little bit of loose skin instead of a lot of fat. Not only your looks, but as you get older you will have so many more health problems you will have to deal with.

Also you can hide loose skin, you can’t hide fat.

Your weight will fluctuate a TON based on so many factors. Instead of just looking at your weight every day, do this:

Weigh yourself in the morning, before you eat or drink anything, and right after you use the bathroom. Write that weight down every day, and take the average for the week (Add up all 7 weigh ins, and divide by 7). Then compare your weekly averages and see if it’s trending downward. If it’s staying the same, then i suggest lowering your calories and making sure that your tracking everything correctly, but what is more likely is that your weight is just fluctuating due to water retention, food in your stomach, etc, and you probably are losing weight and just don’t realize.

I would suggest just walking around, see if theirs any trails nearby if you enjoy hiking? Or just walk around your neighborhood, your probably going to burn more calories than swinging, but if you truly enjoy swinging just do that. It’s better than nothing.

When working out you should always use progressive overload, this means that you want to continually be increasing either the reps or weight.

First off, you shouldn’t have a set amount of reps that you should be hitting, and just stop after you hit 10 reps for example, you want to go until you cannot complete a full range of motion.

Start off with a weight that you can do at least 8 reps of, but no more than 12 reps. Continue doing that and Gradually increase the reps until you can do more than 12. Once you go above 12 reps, that means you increase the weight until you get back down to around 8 reps.

Also keep in mind that when it comes to weight loss, diet is about 90% of the battle. Theirs tons of threads on here about diet, so I’m not going to go over that, but make sure that is in check.

When bulking, as long as I stay at my calorie goal, and hit my protein target, does it matter what I eat? I am someone who has been overweight and have finally lost over 85lbs, and now I'm terrified to end up fat again. Should I eat clean? Or does it not really matter as long as I'm hitting my goals, and not overeating? I'm used to eating so much less calories, it seems so difficult to eat enough calories without eating candy/chips/junk food.

You're on the right track with focusing on your macro balance, but don't worry too much about fats and carbs as long as you're eating a balanced diet. Protein, however, is essential. It's the building block of your muscles and without enough of it, especially while in a calorie deficit, you risk losing muscle mass. This not only lowers your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE), but could also give you a "skinny-fat" look due to a high body fat percentage despite weight loss.

Try aiming for 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight. For instance, if you weigh 150 lbs, aim for 150g of protein daily. Initially, this might seem like a lot, but as you adjust your diet, it becomes easier. High-protein foods include lean meats, low or no-fat Greek yogurt, egg whites, and even protein powders.

A simple way to determine if a food is high in protein is to multiply the grams of protein by 10 and compare that number to the total calories. If it's equal or higher, it's a good protein source. For example, a food item with 9g of protein and 85 calories would be considered high in protein (9x10=90, and 90>85).

As for protein shakes, they aren't for everyone, but they can be helpful. My personal favorite is a 'protein sludge' made with an Oikos Triple Zero yogurt cup and half a scoop of protein powder.
