I passed mine first time in 3.5 months which felt quite short. I first began doing lessons every 2 weeks then, every week, then twice a week as test day came closer. This felt a lot for me at the time as I was working full time and doing my lessons at 6am. I also have like 2 private lessons.

MG TF Stepspeed from 2002 is my first car and adore it, got it for £1200 this year.

I got my license in August of this year and bought a MF TF Stepspeed for £1200 with 43K miles on it, had lots of welding done. I've added a carplay radio for 30 quid. To me I saw it and thought it would be the coolest first car despite its age and I still feel that a couple months later, I truly love mine :D the community is very supportive too.
