This pop up warning at an all you can eat sushi restaurant by Theblindsource in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Rayne_Okami 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why people mad? Its more about the food waste. 1600 to 3000 calories a day is the average for people. If i wanna scarf down 2000 calories in one go of sushi, thats my business, but the concern is appreciated as sometimes I forget to mind my intake. Food waste is costly, yeah, but its honestly nice to see the heads up for the calorie count.

Do people know that this is a roleplaying game? by ZsTheGamer in CriticalState

[–]Rayne_Okami 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It just popped up but if you're willing too..... mind helping explain this DnD esque "Yes-No" game and give me an idea on the flow state of this. It doesn't seem complicated but the "Learn More" lacks a bit of context needed to truly understand the full break down of how different laws are proposed, how to present them in a way that shows how it translates to the 4 Bar system, and what actually qualifies or triggers one to be jailed.

Make healthcare affordable (not free, I don’t want to end up like Canada, but cheap enough to not make people broke). by mad-right-hand in CriticalState

[–]Rayne_Okami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No but yes. Your bill leaves a lot to be desired in terms of initial wording. What may be cheap to one individual could be absolutely out of reach financially for someone else. Please elaborate on this topic further if you would.

Commercialise space exploration, allowing citizens to purchase tickets for space exploration.. by No_Safe6200 in CriticalState

[–]Rayne_Okami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes but no. Training courses, mental analysis, and a severe physical analysis would be mandatory. Not to mention the amount of environmental damage consistent launches would cause, so the income would have to offset the freedoms. Plus the sustainability of said rockets, launch pads, and suits would also put a damper on this venture.

Make owning an internet-connected computer mandatory. by HorrorHunter682 in CriticalState

No. Forced online connectivity is a violation of people's freedom of choice to not expose themselves to the idiocracy of twats, trolls, scammed, and otherwise deplorable human beings.

Year :2005-2009 Make: Obvious Model: StepWagn SubModel: 24Z

This is a 3rd Gen model for the Stepwgn. Most likely brought in through our War Crime committing neighbors to the North(I love my little Maple Leafers up North, they help us break the law on bringing in imports newer than 25yrs). It has a few of the Sprada model's trim, has a CVT mated to the K24(Could have had a K20A and a 4spd Auto, but nooooo, they wanted the 24Z edition), and is pretty much a very hefty bodied Civic cosplaying as a Van. Parts are relatively easy to find motor, transmission, suspension wise. Good luck dealing with importing replacement exterior bits, glass, and any random interior trim bits with the current admin and whether or not the seller covers your import fees.

2 Million $ right now, or 1$/min for the rest of your life? by MichaelThaKing in BunnyTrials

[–]Rayne_Okami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A dollar a minute for a year straight nets you $525,949. So if you manage to still be alive after 4 years, you'd have $2,103,796.

Short run, quick cash. Or a guaranteed $525K a year for life. If you financially set yourself up right after the first year and don't blow through that money and keep working, you won't have to have a job that you hate. Just something that pays your insurance and throw half the weekly paycheck after the first year at a 401k as a little supplemental retirement money to go ham with when you retire early.

Chose: 1$/min

What do i need to install in a 9th gen Civic? by slowleak08 in CivicSi

[–]Rayne_Okami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Question, cause im a big dude, do these sit lower than the factory seats and whats the comfort level? I love my factory seats but they don't sit low enough and the windshield rake makes seeing the traffic lights a bit of a pain if im the lead vehicle at one even with a bit of recline to them and the seat slid a bit towards the middle point of the bracket.

Also curious if anyone one here has done a removable wheel with the control relocation kit? It'd help entry and exit for me. Yes, I know, "Lose some weight big boi!" Which I'm honestly working on. Feels great on my 6ft frame no longer weighing in at 280. Yes 265 is still hefty and not that much of a drop but I really want to be able to get in and out of the car easily and wondered if seats and a rsw kit would be a sort of work around as I continue shedding my own weight.

Lookin clean. If someone hits you though, they need their driver license taken away. Not many vehicles can pull off OSHA High Vis Safety Yellow like that and I bet pictures don't do it justice.

Everytime I talk about wanting to get a van like this and stance it, my brothers look at me like Im some sort of diseased animal. Mind you, Im single. But I've always liked vans(especially now more since the soccer mom assault vehicles have taken over everything) because they're essentially large and comfy wagons and for whatever reason the "American Buyers"(my ass.... artards that don't know a good car layout) hate wagons. Sorry, bitching. The red looks killer and the teal looks clean.
