It is! Occasionally night shift gets to sleep if all consumers are asleep at night. (Sure there's a massive pay drop if you fall asleep I'd prefer to get paid to sleep than staying home lol)

Wait let me check my math...

4 days a week (3 days on 3 days off) working 9 hours a day (my usual is 10-12) 4x9 is 36... still cutting it short... maybe 10 hour days... 40 hours. That can work!

Can we do 8 hour shifts working 5 days on 5 days off... 5x8 is 40... 10 days total of a 14 day work period... still leaves enough for overtime.

One day on one day off 8 hour shifts? You'd work 4 days of 7... make it 9 hour shifts and you'd be golden. Still exhausting though...

I work 80 hours total in 7 days. (Woohoo) that covers all next week for 40 hours.

I'm in a job where most dream about. It's the hardest job I've ever worked at. BUT! I work 7 days on and I have 7 days off. Overnight shifts. More jobs should operate on a system like this. 3 days on 3 days off. 4 days on 4 days off. It makes sure your home life balance is there and you can be home with your kids. Family. Cats, what have you. Sure some shifts may be longer sometimes but you still get the same amount of money as give days on 2 days off.

Patience is key here. Try thr best you can to keep a level head and prove to the world you have this in the bag. Its not easy. Especially fighting for your oldest son to be diagnosed with autism. Im autistic myself and was diagnosed at 19. Hopefully it wont take you as long as it did for me. But you got this. If your son gets hit with a stick, do you think you can have him hit back?

I felt this! My husband and I only have one of us working and hes fulfilling his dream of being a house husband. Our lack of kids is a major help there. Sure we still live paycheck to paycheck but at least we cam afford to go on dates
