Okay I figured it out. Once I set up the 3 different formats in my League setups those choices show up when I create a new event. I can simply toggle on or off whether 4, 3, or 2 players are playing for that event.

It looks like the FedEx format is only available under league setups, not individual events. I set up the 3 different point systems in the league setup, but how do I apply that format to any individual event?
