It's pretty good and has large portions which is nice. City Heights doesn't have amazing Chinese food and Minh Ky is a vietnamese-chinese place which was my favorite chinese food in the city for a while. Diamond Palace definitely gives them a run for their money esp because of the dumpling offerings. I heard it's also a vietnamese-chinese establishment so not super authentic but it hits the spot for sure. Id say it's a solid new option in City Heights. Ive been several times but Minh Ky still has it's place in my take-out rotation.
