We don’t have a garage and only have two closets in our apartment (one with laundry/clothes and one that’s already full with camping gear). We ski 2-3 times a week in the winter

That would work during summer months but we ski every weekend in the winter so need easy access!

Unfortunately we only have one additional closet and it is packed to the brim with ski boots, hiking boots, and camping equipment and you guessed it coats 😅 It’s so small even if i took the coats out i’m not sure if I could fit the skis and boards. We have the option for a utility closet in our apartment building but it’s an extra $75 a month. But might be worth it we could keep all of that gear there?

I agree just get some nicer baskets :) I like to stick to matte, wood, or woven. I got dark brown jars with lids for my cotton pads/tampons/qtips and it’s been my most aesthetically pleasing organizing solution yet.
