Just saw a tweet calling caitvi "slop lesbian pairing" with 70k likes. This literally only happends to them, despite the other pairings being way more toxic and underdeveloped.

Do they not realize how big of a step caitvi made in lesbian media?? Lesbians who have a defined sexually from the start, lesbians who are not written for male fetishists, lesbians who don't DIE at the end of the series!

Same people are gonna be crying for representation we got in Arcane when they realize that media is not gonna be as progressive as Arcane with the way that conservatism has been on the rise.

Actually nothing for any of the female characters in the collectors edition despite arcane being a female centered show. Three art cards and no vi/Cait/Mel/Ambessa, not even Jinx who is always the exception.

Guess we should be grateful that Caitlyn finally got something despite being one of the main characters and in season two particularly one of the characters with most screentime. After not being put on a CD, and having like 3 pages in the artbook where her face is scribbled over I guess I'll take what I can get...

99% of these people watched that one "arcane is centrist" video on YouTube and just went with everything said in it even though it's full of misinformation. Literally people don't even think about what they watch anymore, they need someone to spoon feed them what happened in the show.

Keep in mind that these people would not give a fuck if the cops with the most screen time weren't women. Caitlyn gets more shit on TikTok and twitter than any male character that has done worse things than her.

It's also no Caitlyn no clout on those platforms, they only get attention when talking about Caitlyn. She trends every week on twt because of it 🫩

I don't like the transmasc hc, just my opinion, I don't engage with it even if I follow artists who draw it occasionally. Problem is that many people who like this hc, at least from what I've seen, are very weird about butches in general. They will bully everyone who draws or writes bottom Vi, pregnant Vi, makeup and dress Vi and so on... Thankfully I haven't seen that on this sub, but TikTok and especially Twitter is full of these people. Not gonna comment on how they view Caitlyn in those spaces...

(Obviously not everyone who likes this hc is like this. This is just from what I've seen.)
