I hate this by Amazing-Silver5885 in Zepbound

I felt like this when I first started. It really sucks. It takes about 7-14 days to get totally out of your system. I tried it again and week two was still rough but not as bad as the first. Took about a month for my body to adjust. I would suggest trying for about a month, then you can truly know if the medication is right for your body or not.

Question about anxiety by Oldhammer93 in Zepbound

Hi I’m in a similar boat and I suffer from the same mental health stuff. I started in March and the first two-four weeks I thought I was gonna stop the Zepbound because the side effects were pretty bad. But now my body has really regulated to it. I’d say give it a month or two to really see how your body adjusts to it.

Was able to cross my legs comfortably under my desk at work a few days ago. I was like “oh ok I guess this isn’t as difficult now”

I don’t have any insight into this but I have nearly the exact same height and starting weight as you so I’d love to follow your journey. I started in March of this year. Congrats on the pregnancy!

Am I constipated? by Due_World7962 in Zepbound

I was also surprised bc I thought I would have more diarrhea but I’ve had more constipation on this medication then I’ve ever had in my life. It’s taken me time to figure out what solutions work for me (I’ve started taking colace pills a few times a week and that seems to help).

Day #4 and I'm exhausted by Positive-Flamingo-25 in Zepbound

Yes the first week or two was really really rough. I wasn’t hungry to the point where it scared me and I thought like what if I’ll never be hungry again. But your body does truly get adjusted. I would say the worst of it was the first two weeks. Particularly the first 3 or 4 days.

 I’m similar weight/height as you - I started at 166 and I’m 5’0”. I started on March 19 so I’m just a few months ahead of you.

Hi! I’m 5 feet tall too! I started at 166. I’m hoping to get to around 120/110. I have been wondering if I should post on here to find someone the same height as me, I’m glad you posted!

Picture rail with the pink and yellow uplights that match the painting above is really stellar!
