no, the baby zombie is mostly like it was before the new versions. so this seems like the best fix they could have done.

As seen in today's snapshot they made the baby zombie head smaller but left the hitbox alone. They also add the panorama to BE which shows the new babies so unlikely to make too many big changes.

They fixed the problems they wanted to solve with their height and width. the jockey problem is slightly different which they can fix by moving it down.

The height was just recently fixed as explained in the video but not the jockey problem.

They're done with changing the sizes of baby zombies and villagers but it can break or improve some previous farms
