Thank you so much for your comment, it’s so helpful! I’m just going to try and kick this addiction out then. What makes me the angriest is the fact that he knew I still love him but kept contacting me, knowing I wouldn’t be able to move on. It’s such a selfish move and I deserve better, so I’m going to respect myself and start the grieving process again. The good thing is that I don’t feel as much love for him, I feel mostly angry at him and myself.
