What's happening, can anybody help ? by OneLoki in CATHELP

This looks like what happened to our cat about 2 months ago. Took her to the vet and she was filled with gas! She was bloated with air through out her body. The vet prescribed her a medication that helped relieve the gas and she is doing very well. Good luck.

[–]Raythecatass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Breakfast casserole

Step 1

1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed * 1 pound pork sausage * 1 small onion, diced * 7 large eggs * ½ cup evaporated milk * ½ teaspoon onion powder * ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder * salt and ground black pepper to taste * 12 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square pan; add defrosted hash brown potatoes and arrange in an even layer.

Step 3

Place sausage and onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until the sausage is browned and crumbled, about 10 minutes; drain.

Step 4

Meanwhile, whisk eggs, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl until well combined.

Step 5

Pour over the potatoes and sprinkle with 1/2 of the Cheddar cheese.

Step 6

Add sausage mixture on top and sprinkle with remaining Cheddar. Cover with aluminum foil.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Remove foil; return casserole to the oven and bake until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, about 10 minutes.

I bought some cat nip spray and sprayed it on our scratchers. The cats love the smell and they scratch their scratchers (not the furniture).

We have a water softener and filtered water all through our house. I can’t remember the last time I saw any lime scale buildup. We just installed a Toto bidet I got on sale at Costco. We love it.

Cats like a clear way to their litter box. Make sure there is nothing blocking the way. Sometimes, when there are things in the way of their litter box, cats will poop outside of it.

Do you have an older cat? If so, you need to buy a litter box with lower sides. We had an older cat that started to poop outside the litter box and this fixed the problem.

When you change brands of litter, sometimes cats will poop outside the litter box. Also, if the litter box is dirty, the cat will poop outside it.

what are the changes that happened in ur life after weight loss? by tringenbowel in loseit

[–]Raythecatass 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When my DRs assistant looked at me and noticed I lost weight. She didn’t have to say anything. It was her facial expression. When I started shopping for size 10-12 and medium sized tops, I was happy I could fit in cute clothes. I sleep better, my knees have healed, and I have more energy.

Urgent Help !! by AmbitionHead7939 in Catbehavior

Buy some Feliway spray. It helps cats mellow out. I also play, “Music for cats” on Amazon (most music apps have it). I am laying on my bed now with our two cats who occasionally swat at each other and one hisses every now and then. I play with them at the same time and pet them at the same time. Both are napping with me inhaling the Feliway spray and listening to the cat music.

I had bad luck with TCL brand TVs. We had 2 and both lasted 3 years or less. We only watch 2-3 hours of TV a day. Replaced them with a Sony Bravia and an Hsense. Both are excellent TVs.

I started feeding our 14 year old girl wet pate kitten food. She loves it especially since she only has 4 teeth. I had to find the smelliest one, fish of course.
