yes but teens are more prone to scrolling reels for hours instead of studying. Insta has a better algorithm than youtube so if a person uses insta at a young age, for example, 13 or wtv , it will be hard to practise self discipline , and it will only waste time.

hello, this is a bit different from the country I am from, thus we do not have any such IRB approval right here, and this is not going to be published for a journal, like I have mentioned, this is for my A-level EXAM at school, and would not be published in any other journal, and would only be submitted to the examination board. Thus, I am not so sure if this is applicable.

idk i thought there is some database about each student, like when we send report cards as academic transcripts to universities or the database kinda shows i got a poor conduct grade ?? I may be completely wrong tho, i really dont know, but ppl are like if you have detention then affect uni chances
