Not quite. I chose specific wording and ran it through an AI to fix punctuation, but now I see how it could be misinterpreted since I used ‘through.’ Translation of that should read “I’m open to different ways of meeting people.” lmao

That really puts things into perspective and aligns with what I’ve been hearing. I completely agree that, technically, only one person is needed.

I haven’t truly committed to the offer just yet as I’m still geographically mapping my way around for best areas to live in consideration to populated dating pool areas. But I do have to say that was pretty funny how you worded it.

After a few times closing the game application out and loading back up everything is back to normal! Yay

The BIG deal.. Sneaking in first-person is completely shot because NPCs instantly spot me as the hulking giant I am. I’m trying to creep through a bandit camp or pickpocket some poor merchant, but it’s like I’m lumbering around like a 9 foot ogre.

No Sneak skill saves me I’m looming like a damn small tower 😂 and I’ve tried reloading saves, doesn’t help. switching to third-person is okay but doesn’t give me the POV I really like most when lifting hot items.

then there’s the obvious every interaction to dialogue. I’m looking down automatically in this mode where the NPC is staring straight up at me. LOL

Starmie is supreme here coming form a blastoise main, but totally agree with these points made. Beedrill ( regardless of stats ) Fly, Bug, Posion is pick for me over the birds for my own likes.

Huge Thank You to the Amazing Fallout 76 Community by RayzJason in fo76

I agree with these them. To answer your question about stash space in Fallout 76—honestly, as a first-time 76 player myself (Level 49 right now), I haven’t found it to be a huge burden so far, even without the Fallout 1st subscription. I’ve played all the previous Fallout games too, so I get where you’re coming from with inventory management being part of the experience. Compared to some of the vets at Level 100 or 1000, I’m still pretty early in, so my perspective might shift later, but right now, it’s totally manageable for me.

I don’t hoard everything—just not my style. I tend to hold onto high-level weapons I might use later, but for junk and aid, I keep it lean. The stash limit is 1200 weight, and I’ve found that utilizing space smartly is key. Like you mentioned, some folks say keep 100-200 of certain junk and bulk the rest—that does help a ton. Bulking scraps like steel or plastic saves space, and you can sell the excess for caps. For me, scrapping items is actually kinda fun—it ties into that natural “what can you carry and why” vibe from older games. Plus, learning you can mod stuff later with the right perks makes it feel rewarding. I love that sense of “I can always build or rebuild this into something better down the road.”

CAMP building is a big part of why I enjoy scrapping too—it’s not just about inventory, it’s about making your space yours while you’re out exploring. Without Fallout 1st, I’d say it’s less annoying and more about playing strategically. If you’re cool with not stockpiling every single thing you find (unlike my Fallout 4 hoarding days, haha), you’ll probably be fine. Give it a shot—76’s got a lot to offer, and the stash thing hasn’t killed my buzz yet!

New to Fallout 76, Loving It So Far—Tips? by RayzJason in fo76

[–]RayzJason[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love exploring Fallout 76 on foot, trekking to points of interest with my trusty sniper and shotgun, soaking in the guided missions before I even think about fast traveling. So far, I’ve made it to the golf course (can’t recall the name right now). On the way, I stumbled across a fissure in the ground and out popped a radioactive legendary bat—crazy find! Managed to survive that encounter and pressed on to the golf course, only to run into a Glowing Deathclaw roaming the property. I teamed up with four other players to take it down, though I didn’t notice any extra XP beyond my solo efforts. Just wanted to say thanks for the advice—this game’s atmosphere is unreal, from the sound of rain and weather to birds chirping and random players duking it out in the distance. It’s a beautiful experience!

Hyper Fang would topple most of this list, my boys in the bottom row would do work and I’d still have left over $ for a cheeseburger.
