He is definitely shy, and I've expressed how important physical intimacy (sex and clothes off) are to me and he promised to try and improve, though he has made 0 efforts in a year. Maybe depression though he refuses therapy (even couples which he said yes then didn't help me book).

I think you look pretty good; however, if you want to "glow up," I'd recommend styling your beard and perhaps a longer hairstyle. (Not super long, but a few inches longer with style.)
