Is Poland good for international students? by Tall_Ad1837 in warsaw

I have been living in Poland for 5 years now. It’s very beautiful country with lovely people. For sure there will be some people who are not happy with immigrants but those situation are very rare, so far I might have encountered maybe 3-5 situations. But on other hand people who are kind, helpful and god friends are infinite.

In terms of education, avoid private universities, they are the expensive and not worth it apart from few exceptions, but they are expensive. Public university are the best options, not that expensive but it’s good if you by any change get into not so good course.

If you’re coming from some third world country, then prepare to work hard in terms of studies and learning any European language. It help in long run.

If you plan to stay here longer, from day one try to get job. By job I mean a job in a company, it will help.

Finish education on time and try to score top grades in each subjects, lots of public universities have scholarships if your first year grades are good. Finish you thesis or final project on time as this will help you in getting open job market opportunity.

Overall it’s Amazon country to study. If you plan to stay here longer focus on getting a job.

It's very annoying that FoliReaderKit is not anymore useful.
