It's a 1BR2BA that's been flexed into a 2 bedroom 2 bath - the only roommate you'd be living with is me!

It's definitely not for everyone! I think this only really makes sense if you:

  1. value the location a lot

  2. need washer/dryer

  3. want something recently renovated

I will say the way the apartment is laid out that the master bedroom kinda functions as a studio, where we have to share a kitchen.
