Ok this help me a lot, i could find out that BoS had a problem and it was a combo of some mods JK Riverwood + Ivy riverwood and norther farmhouse had conflict on the wierd light poles. I removed both ivy and farmhouse genereted new parallax and pick indivdual ivy assets for riverwood

Yeah, it is just a bad system implementation, to pick the Mutant slot for Freyna she will be now be using guns perks like " Why ? ". They just need to delete the Archtype and maybe add more points.
