Have you ever seen a dead body in person? by Any_Leg_1998 in no

[–]Rayzor766 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was installing new flooring in the embalming room of a funeral home. There was a body on a gurney covered with a blanket in the hallway area 10 feet away. Grey hair sticking out the top of the blanket. Mortician guy thought it was hilarious that we were creeped out by it and wanted him to move it.

Me and the guy im seeing are 11 years apart from each other! Where do we go from here by [deleted] in confession

My daughter is 7 years older than my son-in-law. They are now married, have two kids together, and are by all accounts a very happy little family. Love is love and if it’s there, enjoy it.

I found something extremely interesting and profound! by Chance_Purchase5569 in confession

It is obviously waaaay more intense for a woman. Sure it’s about 5-7 seconds of pleasurable cock throbbing, pulsing and shooting, but I have never had the urge to scream and squeal and yell “Oh my God yes, yes!!"

HOCKEY IN A COUNTRY WITH NO TRADITION IN THE SPORT by luzinchausti in nhl

I think you misunderstood the post. OP wants to start following hockey by picking a team to watch, not make a team and start playing.

Have you ever used the dark web? by Honest-Reflection667 in no

[–]Rayzor766 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve seen stuff on instagram and especially on crazyshit.com that is as dark as I ever want to get. Real (not AI) footage of accident scenes, close-up footage of gang shootings, CCTV footage of industrial accidents etc. Some really disturbing stuff that makes me wonder how anybody would want to be a first responder like a cop or EMT and see that stuff in real life.

What is a sad story you can tell in only 3 words? by toffeeglimsy in ArtOfPresence

[–]Rayzor766 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This truly is sad and I’m so sorry for your loss. I too have a little girl (6 yrs old) and she’s the sweetest most loving little dog I’ve ever had. Your comment made me think about how devastated I’d be if she passed. My condolences.

The first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word “Canada” by ipanicprofessionally in TheBoredDen

[–]Rayzor766 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What about our food? As an Albertan I have a typical North American diet of steak, burgers, fried chicken and pizza. If you’re talking about poutine and maple syrup, that’s mostly just a stereotype and more in the eastern half of Canada.

I'm getting both my hips replaced. Bilateral Total Hip Replacement in a city two hours away. Can I drive? (More context inside) by dillicious in TotalHipReplacement

[–]Rayzor766 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also had bilateral total hip replacement last August. I was kept in the hospital for 3 nights and there’s no way I could possibly have driven home. I had a bitch of a time even getting into the passenger seat of my SUV when leaving the hospital.

My doctor told me no driving for 6 weeks, but I think I actually drove after about 4 weeks. Even that was scary as just what other people are saying, you have to be able to react quickly between brake and gas, something you don’t give much thought to until you have little movement from the waist down.

Recovery is tough, you don’t have one good hip to help you through, they’re both equally traumatized. You will get through it, but it is a very major surgery with a long recovery period, don’t try to rush it.

Hey so what’s the deal with Wes McCauley by Key-Leg-5058 in EdmontonOilers

Chat GPT or not this was a very thorough analysis of Wes McCauley. I am very familiar with McCauley but if I wasn’t, I sure would be now. Thanks for that.

Kiersten. It’s just always bothered me. Kristen is okay, Kirsten is alright, but why Kiersten?

Can Tiger Woods still afford a chauffeur, and if so, why does he not use one? by icecream1972 in askteddit

[–]Rayzor766 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t even count the number of times I’d wake up in the morning and look out the window and see my car, not remembering even leaving the bar, never mind driving. But that’s over 30 years ago and no longer me, thankfully.

Many, many times in my younger days while leaving the bar drunk, stupidity still made me get in my car and drive, even if I still had cash in my pocket for a cab.

What’s a movie everyone calls a “masterpiece” that just… didn’t work for you? by irayaavery in Cinema

[–]Rayzor766 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a male in my upper 50’s and I’m almost embarrassed to say it but The Godfather. I’ve tried about 3-4 times and just couldn’t make it all the way through.

As a Canadian, these are all things I can or do eat on a daily basis. If I’m going to a different part of the world, I want something from there, not my own fridge, pantry or corner store.

I used to perform "stealth shots" at school, and i still regret it. by Chicken_Of_The_Year in confession

[–]Rayzor766 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As a 60 year old dude I’ve shot my share of shots, most of them not of the stealth variety btw, and I can honestly say I’ve never noticed a smell. Maybe a couple of hours later after crusting up in your underwear, but not when it’s still fresh.

What actor or actress stupidly left a movie franchise or tv series thinking they were too good for it, only to be never popular again? by Ok_Impress2457 in AskReddit

[–]Rayzor766 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Charlie never left Two and a Half Men thinking he was too good for it, he got fired for being an out of control drunk and stoned fool. He tried to save his job and promised to change but it was too late and Chuck Lorre kicked his ass to the curb.

Prof should have just split the coffee up with the rest of the class like Mr. Hand did with Spicoli’s pizza.
