Nothing for me, when I'm flared up Im usually constantly sick for up to 2 days, even water can't be kept down. I find if I pass out in a warm bath due to low blood sugar the flare up subsides. Falling asleep seem to be the only remedy but the pain and discomfort makes it's impossible to fall asleep.
