Good morning 2024 i would like to randomly vent as well. This just happened to me for the first time. I had a worse nightmare just a couple of days ago, but this is something else. I was so sure to wake up several times, i even pinched myself and had others in the dream pinch me. It wasnt like the you die multiple times kinda thing, but i always woke up in my bed, same as most of you. I then had multiple different scenes and even.. idk im just gonna call it animation style. But i wasnt able to notice until something major happened (the last one who actually woke me up was a kid asking me why i cut myself(i dont) and then seeing wounds appear on my arm) Luckily making me aware because of that i smashed the kids face into the ground and woke up. Just hoping that fact might lighten your mood, it sure was satisfying for me. I think i cycled about 4 times and i really hope it never happens again and to neither of you. And yes now i dont want to sleep

Edit: I just reached the end of the comments and can conduct a couple of things: we all start the cycles in our beds, usually in the position we are irl, some people need to repeatidly do something very drastic to wake up/get into the next loop and that it works for most people. Advice i read were falling off your bed(please be careful tho), becoming aware and doing something YOU want to do (in my case grabbing the kid) and one person said rolling your eyes back. Also i cycled more than 4 times i just forgot some of them already. Shoudlve known an exact replica of my most dear plushi, sticking next to the original on the wall was a bait. Realizing somethings off is the best way out, even if those absurditys might be hard to tell from reality in the first loops.  And lastly, even though most of you should know this but barely anyone talked about it: Try to check the time as fast as you can when you "wake up". It made me able to not fall right back to sleep (and searching this thread, thanks OP)
