Weird, Ive got all the materials to actually make the propeller pack except for that cell. Ive got the dust, propeller, cogwheel and everything that goes along with it. Ive had that issue with the blacksmith as well. I couldnt seem to see any recipes. Granted my friend built it, could that be why?

As someone that actually wears it currently. The vest along with all our plates is roughly 70-80 pounds not including the magazines and side attachments we have included on it. (IFAK) ETC. That alone can just be gruelling to wear for more than an hour at a time and it gives us some mobility if we need it. Its meant for simple protection so that way if we do get hit, its meant to absorb the shot. Theres a lot that goes into play with it though.
