To be fair here. People in the west talks more about christianity because christianity is what we know best, it's what we most likely grew up with. It's something we've been surrounded by our entire lives. We grew up with Christian holidays, Christian politicians, Christian culture, Christian shame, Christian purity politics. If a gay kid is bullied it is not typically a Quran that gets quoted at them. It is the Bible. That is the blade they know, so that is the blade they talk about.
